We will collect some basic information from you before we start servicing your property. We will ask you to sign for servicing for four weeks, after that you are free to stop at any time. As mentioned on our services page, we do offer a one off service for Poo Patrol at a pre-arranged price.
We come usually come out once or twice a week unless otherwise arranged. Other services are available such as one time clean-ups. If you would like more information please give us a call.
We get wet.
We are closed on New Years Day, Labor Day, and Christmas Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday.
When a holiday falls on your regular service day we will leave a notice on your front door the week before advising you as to when your service can be completed. It is usually within a few days of your regular service day.
Yes. We do not jump over fences, so please leave your lock off your gate on your service day. We will lock the gate for you if you leave the lock by the gate.
In most cases, yes. We are dog lovers and know how to get along with them. If you know your dog is not good with strangers, or the dog will not let us in the clean the yard we then will ask you to restrain or confine your dog. We do not want to take unnecessary risks with your dog or our staff.
We put it in a paper bag, and place it on your archenemy's doorstep (Just kidding, a little pooper scooper humor there) Really, what we do is bag it, tie it and take it to landfill.
You will not be charged if you call the office in time to tell us not to come out. If the dog will be gone from the yard for a couple of weeks, or for some other reason you want to skip your yard for a day or more, we can hold service and you will not be charged for those days. There will also be no charge for service missed due to weather or some other event beyond your control.
HOWEVER, if your gate is locked or the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come out to work, it may be necessary to charge for a service call that could not be completed. If, for instance, you get to work and remember that the gate is locked, call us early to tell us to skip that day so you will not be charged.
You will be invoiced at the end of each month. Payment is due by the 20th and details will be listed on how to pay, these include Cash, Cheque or Direct Debit, alternatively we can arrange automatic payments for your convenience.
No. Most people work during the day and find it difficult to arrange a time to be home.
It's easy to start up service. Call us, we are gone most of the day ('cause its hard to see at night) so don't be afraid to leave a message on the answering machine. Just be sure to leave your home phone number and if you want, your work number. We will attempt to call you the same day! Or email us on the below link, or through our contact page. We will organise a suitable time to come and meet you and your pets, we will cover any special requirements at this time. In most cases we can perform your first clean up there and then.
Sure! One-time-only or short-term service may be easily arranged.
Prices start at $10 a week for 1 dog, once a week and go up from there.
